MUNICIPAL ANNEXATION SEWER SYSTEMS EXTENTIONS
All sewer facilities proposed for inclusion in the MSD sewer system shall be designed, constructed and installed in accordance with applicable provisions of MSD Standards, in accordance with MSD's Sewer Extension Policy and shall satisfy requirements of MSD's Bond Order.
No sewer extensions or modifications shall become a part of the MSD Sewerage System unless all MSD requirements and all requirements of the MSD Bond Order are met and until said extensions/modifications are accepted by the MSD Board.
