Large debris is removed at these Bar Screens and then hauled to the landfill.
Each of these pumps are capable of delivering 35 million gallons of water a day into the treatment plant.
The variable speed motors used to drive the pumps deliver 400hp each.
The wastewater is then pumped on to the next stage of treatment; grit and grease removal.
